Q: What weight would it take?

According to the manufacturer's technical data sheet the maximum load capacity is 40.7 kN which equals to approx 4150kg

Q: Can I use these for a subfloor in my gagrage on a uneven concrete floor?

Yes you might need to pack up to get them sitting straight

Q: Can this be attached to decking to support a gazebo?

Yes it can. I bolted four of these down into concrete to support my very heavy oak gazebo but they could also be fixed onto decking for the same purpose - just make sure the decking is strong enough to support the weight of the gazebo.

Q: can bracket be split,as base part needs to be under tiles and then re assembled

Yes it completely unscrews. I have concreted the base in under artificial grass so only the bolt thread comes through.
