Instructions on the bottle are not enough!
I ordered this rennet but there is not enough information on the bottle. Temperature is not given. I tried at 80 F it did not work. Edit: I tried one more time after watching some videos, it worked. I have an excellent cheese now. I changed 2 stars to 4 stars. No instruction on the package.

Best vegetable rennet ever
I really liked this product. With a minimum amount you can make a large batch of cheese...very happy with this purchase.

I'm no expert cheesemaker, but this looks to be a great value for the money
I decided to try my hand at cheesemaking, and bought this stuff because the thought of real actual animal rennet kind of doesn't sit well with me. That's one of those details I kind of wish I had never learned. But it is what it is. My very first attempt at making cheese worked perfectly--knocked it out of the park on the very first try. And this stuff is concentrated as it says--the how-to guide I followed recommended 1/4 tsp rennet, but this stuff says it's 2x concentrated, so I use 1/8tsp. And it worked!

I made cheese!!!! Great quality rennet, and it will last for a long time.
I made fresh mozzarella!!!! And it was great!!! Only used 1/8 of teaspoon for that. So the rennet will last forever. Love it. Really recommend it.

Did not work for me
it does produce a curd but not a firm curd like tofu still lot of what looks like cottage cheese crumbles. update tried again wasted gallon of milk got nothing but crumbs, no gelling effect whatsoever producing curds that could be cut with knife. Seriously disappointed and wasted money.
