Single Gang Low Voltage Mounting Bracket

Good stuff; once installed, makes swapping external wall plates easy, depending on your needs. One issue is that for some reason the screws that came with my wall plates were difficult to turn but I'm not sure what's at fault here. Still possible, just with a bit more effort than expected.

Work well, holds the plate to the wall snugly. Seem to be standard single gang size. Easy to install, flexible but sturdy.

I was worried about these being cheap plastic based on many reviews.... but I’m glad I didn’t let those negative reviews sway me. I found these to be a great product. Better yet, the “flimsiness” of the plastic actually was nice. In case you didn’t cut the square/opening perfectly straight in the drywall, the flexibility of the plastic was just enough to bend to the contour of the drywall opening and all it to seat into the wall quite nicely. The product felt very secure once attached though and it was very flush to the wall. An absolute great invention and product really. I docked it 1 star for one issue with the install and the “value”. I usually don’t get picky on “value” since if you paid for it you’re saying it was worth it... but, in this case, I do felt for the money it was a little over priced for some plastic squares with a few screws. My bigger complaint on value was how you have to buy 5 at a time. The product they sell that this work with is sold in packs of 2....so why can I only buy this in packs of 5??? Really felt like that made zero sense, and not I have extras I don’t need. Also, the dont always was a little harder than it had to be. You have to cut a square for the bald to slide into. It would be nice to have a template to trace around. As it is, if you trace and cut around the outside of the box, the ledges won’t catch anything. So, you have to trace inside the box and eyeball an adjustment on your own. Still works, but it would be that much easier if there was a cardboard square template of some kind to put in the wall and know exactly how big the cut needs to be. But I would not hesitate to buy this product again based on actual performance one installed and quality of the product.

After moving to a new home this year, I decided to build a home theater room and this is one item that worked very well for me in that process. I needed to install multiple 1 gang wall plates for speaker wires, ethernet jacks, and HDMI ports. Some of the wall plates did not come with a mounting bracket so, I ordered this kit and was very pleased with how easy they are to install and mount a plate. If I ever needed more, I would buy these again.

Utilized this to run a bunch of cat 6 wires into my closest and it was seamless

Typically just buy the standard home depot brands so was skeptical how much cheaper these are. However quality may be on par if not slightly better at fraction of price. Used these to install ethernet cords/face plate

Awesome product. Way way easier then adding a box . I used for eternity cable instead if a box. Cut hole and wella can mount face plate. Also used as a box extender where plug is recessed to far

These are easier to use than the traditional metal ones that were in my walls, and them being plastic doesn’t seem to matter at all

Very solid mounting bracket with good-quality plastic. Not flimsy at all. Screw holes line up perfectly and the frame fits well.

Brackets ok however frustrating that these have to be purchased seperate in packs of 5, when the wall plates come in packs of 2. Becomes costly when purchasing these on top of wall plates, probably better and cheaper alternative options available.
