Worked great, I was feeling better the next day. I got the grape flavor though and I think next time I will purchase another flavor. This one reminded me of a grape flavored cough syrup my mom use to give me as a kid and I hated the taste of that stuff. Besides the flavor, I don't really have anything negative to say. It did what I needed and helped hydrate me. It did have a bit of salty after taste but I think all these drinks kinda have that. So all in all, I would recommend.

My kids love the taste of this electrolyte drink! We usually give it to them if they are sick to help keep them hydrated and their electrolytes balanced to feel better!

Update: after the first taste of the UNFLAVORED option which to me tastes VERY salty (best way to describe it) ... If i ever get this again, while it doesn't taste "great" ... i'd 100% go with the Strawberry/Lemonade If this (even the unflavored one that doesnt taste that great to me) works after a few trials after long time out in the high heat and humidity i will give it credit then but i need to "test this" more. I see more now the "this taste way too salty" reviews ... I have had plenty of drinks including Crystal Light type drinks that dont taste the best, but taste fine enough to me with Strawberry/Lemonade ... while THEY taste better than this one .. THIS product's S/L TASTE 10x better than the unflavored option ... i actually thought before trying either that it maybe the other way around. I dont want to deduct a point until i can HOPEFULLY 'test this more" to see if it helps "refresh' after that time here in South Florida where even a few minutes of activity in the 110F heat index is BRUTAL ---------------------------------------- This is just based on my first experience with something like this, and I dont claim to have gone into details looking at the ingredients or "health benefits" .... I am in Florida and often go for walks in the summer where it is VERY hot and i feel i am not staying totally hydrated even with drinking water on those walks. I seceded to get two bottles of this to place in an order, the Strawberry Lemonade flavor and well "unflavored". The only one i tried right after a walk where i was really sweating and out of breath was the Strawberry Lemonade. Taste wise as someone who hasn't happen to have had something like Gatorade in YEARS .. but also drinks (less then i used to) soft drinks, water, and even original or store brand "Crystal Light"... I am not sure how to describe it. This one DOES taste like Strawberry Lemonade ... I can understand why some may say it "taste sweet" but to me it doesn't go to far in that direction for "my tastes" .... I am not going to say it tastes "great" but ... "does it taste good?"... sure i'll say it does. This is hard to judge but not wanting to go through too much of it at once, i only drank a little glasss full and then a little bit more (just to get more of the taste) and really i feel find after. Sometimes i FEEL Like it'd take me longer after say an hour in the 90+ (F) degree heat and humidity but SO FAR taking this right at dusk when I got back from say an hour or hour and 1/2 walk ... I feel fine already. Was that experience a one time thing? ... I'd need to "test this" more but so far ... if this really works in helping "recover" ... to have small glass when i get back from outside work or walks in the HIGH humidity... i'd say this is worth it. I am UNSURE if i recommend this yet but i certainly fall into the camp of "Avoid this" .... the taste may matter to some and i admit i may like the "unflavored" one better then the Strawberry Lemonade one (it taste good but there is like an aftertaste or something ... i mean if you generally dont mind something like a "Crystal LIght" type beverage... this will not be a problem for you) Value for Money ... I cant say for sure now but if this is a "decent price" and even drinking a little helps .. i am ok with the value in that regard. I see some use this when they feel sick ... I may give it a try if that comes up to see if its good in those cases as well

And compared to Pedialyte I’d buy Amazon basic care electrolytes solution over Pedialyte. And yes, it’s unflavored. You’re getting the pure thing to get your electrolytes up. Highly recommend recommended..

This really saved my dog from dehydration when she hurt her back and wasn't drinking much. I went with the unflavored. I did a 50/50 mix with the electrolytes and regular water and it really helped.. I always keep a bottle on hand just in case of an emergency. It freezes really well if you don't finish the bottle.

Hard to keep geriatric dogs hydrated, this is great to add to their water or food to help keep them hydrated. Good value for money. Effective. Easy to use.
