Pandemic left a lot of hardware faulty but useless. My customer found his laptop keyboard erratically faulty, and sticky keys. I found this unexpensive brand new kbd replacement. So I swap it. Every single key worked as good and sturdy as the original kbd. 1/4 the genuine price. And I got another happy customer.

This is a far cry from an original ThinkPad keyboard, so if you see this as a deal and are looking to replace the keyboard on your ThinkPad, keep looking, highly recommend finding a new or used genuine Lenovo ThinkPad keyboard elsewhere. In summary, gone is the delightful tactile response of your original ThinkPad keyboard. Fit and finish is close but not perfect, with the keyboard difficult to press down into place. The keys are improperly spaced, And after about three days of use, the spacebar on This replacement keyboard also stopped working. I will be returning this keyboard and ordering a genuine replacement on a competing website.
