Fantastic jigsaw
I’ve been skeptical about cordless saws, but pulled the trigger on this one, and glad I did. Has cut everything I’ve thrown at it so far using either my 4ah or 1.5ah batteries with ease. Easy blade release and all the adjustments and operation is smooth and comfortable

Works Great!
Love the Ridgid tools we've purchased and this one works with the Ridgid batteries we already had. My husband says it is way better than the old jig saw he had.

Great product, poor packaging
The product is fine, but I am surprised it arrived in one piece. It is new in a sealed bag, but that is it they shipped it in a bag, not a box. It was not boxed at all. I give them 5 stars, but please package feature orders in a box to protect it.

Very useful tool
I really fell in love with this tool. I have had a Bosch corded jigsaw for years and loved it but having a comparable cordless tool with the same capabilities and the flexibility to just grab it and cut makes small jobs less of a hassle. I recently completed a remodel mudroom where this tool was really put through the paces and it performed admirably. I highly recommend it especially if you have other Ridgid 18 volt tools.

Thank God it's CORDLESS!!! Go anywhere you want without having to run a cord!
Freedom from the cord! It's decently made, certainly not as good as my old corded Bosch. If you use a jigsaw a lot and don't mind a cord, the Bosch was a dream. Soooo well made and soooo smooth and soooo precise. The Ridgid isn't as good as my old Bosch, but it is cordless. No more bringing out the cord or finding a place to plug into if I was doing a job away from home. The Ridgid gets the job done.

The jigsaw works great with my rigid batteries that I have for my drills. It did a super job cutting round sets and not needing an extension cord. Would recommend buying it.
