A little more exspensive then other brands but I'll pay the difference for a delicious Tiramisu.

They are as described although they were very crumbly which texture wise was odd when eating. If I were to make tiramisu again I’d probably get a different brand of lady fingers.

I picked these up hoping to make tiramisu and maybe snack on a few with coffee, but the texture threw me off right away. Instead of light and airy, several cookies were dense and a little stale tasting, like they had been sitting longer than they should. A few were also broken in the package which made layering dessert tricky. The flavor is mild and not very sweet, which could be fine for baking, but they did not soak up espresso the way I expected. My tiramisu turned out more mushy than layered. The tin looks nice and the idea feels fancy, but the cookies themselves just did not live up to the picture I had in my head when I ordered them.

Not pastries these are not croissant or donut or biscuit. They’re one step away from biscotti and the jam in the center is more like toothpaste consistency. Bought these as a nice on the go snack for family and liked the ingredients. Sadly no one in the family likes them. The flavors are bland, crumbly and barely sweet cookies not the soft tasty small batch treats described. Grocery store bagged cookies for 3$ instead of 30$ for a tin of these I’d return if I could but save yourself the expensive disappointment;(

I use these in my tirimisu recipe and they taste just as good as the traditional wheat based biscuits.
