The product is great. It looks nice, and is really sturdy. We lost the key to the product a few months after purchase, and thought we were out of luck. We called customer service and they sent us a new one at no charge. Wonderful customer service!

Beautiful looking mailbox that will be perfect for small package deliveries. Looks to be very well made and they provided great customer service! Will update with the picture after house is completed and we have this hung.

Not as heavy metal as I would have liked but for the money it's a good value... The mail person that delivers our mail seem satisfied. It is big enough for 5 different addresses. It was mounter under an overhang so there is some protection from the weather. So far so good.

We just remodeled our home and needed a new mailbox. After being a victim of mail theft it had to be locking and there are just not that many main boxes on the market these days that are practical. We almost went with a full on parcel box to match our Amazon habit but decided we still needed something for mail. The fit and finish of this mailbox is good, the size is reasonable and the price is right. If someone wanted to break into it and steal mail I am sure they could, its not that sturdy, but for standing up to every day use while providing security against easy theft, then definitely. I think the picture best speaks to the size of it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, big enough for very small packages, regular mail and magazine sized objects.

This parcel box is really durable. Made to withstand the most extreme weather condition and even the most powerful hits. It's a great size for residential recipient. It will hold a good amount of mail and a smaller parcel box. The locking storage area is ideal to keep packages safe. I love the fact it comes with 4 keys, as you can have spares on hand in case of emergency. This parcel box is more ideal for mounting and even comes with hardware and wall anchors. It could be used as a free standing box with proper hardware and reinforcement. The sleek black look makes it a perfect match for any home or small business without being an eyesore to those looking on. Overall great quality parcel box, I highly recommend.

Holds a sufficient amount of mail and small packages. Well constructed and has an anti-theft device built-in that doesn't allow someone to reach in and take out the mail once it is deposited into the box.

The mailbox was an already a previous return, most likely because it was defective, they tried to put some type of foam to wedge it closed. The door won't shut unless locked and even when locked, it's warped, which already makes it easier for someone to open it. The way it was wrapped in the box made me think it was a return, when I unwrapped it, sure enough, it was.
