mighty fine torch
I've had this 4 months and it still works great. That is the first torch I've had that has lasted more than a month or 2. I am super happy with it. I even take naps with it and read it stories before we go to bed at night. It "completes" me.

Compact torch works good
Works every bit as good as a big heavy duty torch but compact easy to carry around job to job especially if this is a tool you're going to use regularly definitely worth having one. It came in blue and black which looks even better. When you get it you'll also need butane fuel to get it working. Theres a small little hole at the bottom of the torch where you spray the butane into.

Refilling Problems, Butane Spraying
At first this seems like a great little torch. I bought it about two years ago to replace a different brand micro torch. The lighting is not a problem, although it is a bit clunky -- like they could have come up with a better design. But the biggest problem I've had started about six months ago. It sputtered like crazy when I tried to refill the butane. At first I thought it was clogged. But before I tried to clean the insertion nozzle, i thought I'd try again to add the butane. Now, I had been using and refilling this torch for about a year, not every day, but often enough to have the hang of it. And not so often that the thing would have worn out. So, i tried again to refill. Nothing but sputtering. Butane spraying everywhere. So i tried to clean the intake nozzle, or whatever it's called. I took my time, used a super fine pin, and did everything I could. However, you can't really tell if you're helping or hurting. In my case, I was doing neither. The torch hasn't been able to properly take butane since. I've tried different brands of butane, thinking it might be the size of the nozzle. But, no luck. I end up using a ton of butane to fill it because most of it spurts out. I would have bought another torch, but honestly, i have no idea what brand to buy. You'd think Bernzomatic would be able to manufacture a good little torch. It's really unforgivable. If there were some way to take it apart and inspect for clogs, but you can't. It's not leaking, just won't accept butane the way it should. Is the interior part of the nozzle bent or something? I don't know! It's aggravating! I had to rig a special hook on the side so I could refill it without the butane spraying me. What a waste. I would love to know how other people deal with this -- i've seen on reviews for various brands of mini torches that the filling can be a problem. Why can't these designers/manufacturers get their act together? It's not like we want our products to last 100 years, but how about 10 or 15 years? Is that asking too much? There are some butane refills that do not fit this nozzle at all. In fact, it's a good idea to check the size of the nozzle before you buy the butane because i ran into that problem once, too.

Junk!
First of all it looked like it was used the package was opened and staples closed. I added fuel it lights ok as long as you leave the fuel setting on low but any higher and it gives off a bad flame then goes out. I threw out the package otherwise I’d send it back.
