Product is working good. But did not receive the 10 strips which were mentioned in the product description. Recieved main device and lancets only

It is a scam
It is a scam. The actual product cost is Rs 1490 but I was charged with 2399. It's such a low quality product. It does not even have proper user manual.

Build quality of lancet is not consistent. Some unit feels more springy and hurts when prick. While some unit feels painless and smooth.
