Nite Ize Doohikey Key Chain Knife

I usually carry a more "normal" full size pocket knife (aka 3+ inch blade) on me, but I wanted something a little more compact and discreet for more mundane stuff like opening packages or cutting tape. This little knife is perfect. The blade comes decently sharp out of the box and so far it seems to hold the edge fairly well which is excellent since my normal experience with mini knives usually leaves a lot to be desired in the steel used for the blade. The handle is small, but the shape of the finger groove cut out is the perfect size to give you a very secure hold on the handle with a couple of fingers and your thumb. The blade lock is also very secure and has a good stiff, but not too stiff spring in it. I have total confidence in holding and using this blade.

I keep this on my keys and it’s come in handy so many times! Slim design! For being cheap and small this thing has held up AMAZING! Color has worn but other than that it’s held up perfectly!

On a recent trip, I had an early morning flight that got me to the airport around 4 AM. Not thinking, I failed to remove my Nite-Ize knife from my key ring. At TSA I was told I could surrender the knife or return it to my vehicle, but since I had already checked my bag, and my vehicle was a rental that was not an option. I went through TSA and got to my gate, opened up my Amazon app and ordered another one exactly like the one I had just lost. I love this knife. It is so handy and I use it nearly every day. It holds its edge and is of excellent quality. I recommend you have one on your key ring, just remember to remove it and drop it in your bag if you’re taking a flight.

This knife is a perfect size to go on your keychain. It's sharp and well built, and the "S-Biner" is a nice addition that makes it easily attachable. If you want a light, small, simple knife that can fit easily on your keys, etc., this is a good choice. And a good value for the money. Would recommend.

I've had one of these (red) on my key chain for a couple of years and recently purchased two more (blue and olive) as gifts for friends. Great little knife.

Awesome little knife. Perfect for keychain.

É um canivete bem pequeno, excelente para chaveiro ou para o bolso pequeno do jeans. O fio é muito bem feito, e a afiação de fábrica é mais do que adequada. É extremamente leve e o cabo de alumínio, muitíssimo curto e estreito, mas fornece a pega necessária para atividades diárias, como abrir pacotes, caixas, cortar cordas e fitas, etc. Para uso diário, também tem a vantagem de ter uma aparência utilitária, menos intimidadora que canivetes táticos e tradicionais de tamanho maior.
