FBI Agent Audrey Parker was brought to Haven, Maine on a routine case, but quickly discovered that the seemingly sleepy town was, in fact, a refuge for people with supernatural afflictions. Now a permanent resident, Audrey continues to explore Haven's many secrets - including the mystery behind her lost past.Bonus Content:Disc 1 - Haven The Complete Second Season: 10 Audio Commentaries with Cast & Crew 6 Making-of Featurettes 5 Behind-the-Scenes Featurettes Interview with Guest Star Adam Copeland Haven Panel from New York Comic Con Review: Very Nice Second Season DVD Set - DVD's played flawlessly. This is a nicely packaged set with episode reviews on inside cover. Needless to say to all the Haven fans, this is a truely unique story, a perfect mystery and blend of scifi, legand, myth, and mysticism. Once you're hooked on the story line, and the characters you'll want more, it's almost addictive, at least to me it is. Audrey, Nathan, and Duke make this show special. Who really is Audrey Parker? Why was she the chosen, or cursed one, to save Haven. Her search for her true identity is both intriguing and compelling. What of her past lives as Lucy, and Sarah. So many questions, as yet unanswered, but that's why we're fans. The very pretty and talented Emily Rose is a charmer and makes this an extra special must see show. She's the girl next door, that every guy would like to date, and every girl would like to be. Don't miss Haven - "It's the next sign post up ahead". Review: Great series - Love it

exciting series
The second series was as good as the first. It continues on about the mystery of the "troubles" and the show always develops interesting troubles. In the the second series it digs into Audrey Parkers character more and explains her relationship with Lucy and Sarah (who are all the same person but from different eras). I highly recommend watching from the beginning (series one) and sticking with the show. It is confusing at first but once you've watch a few shows things start to fall into place. You really do understand the show and start to get hooked. I rented the entire series and watched the shows continuously which helped make more sense. I then loved it so much bought the collections. Enjoyed it a lot!

Haven is awesome
Being a Stephen King fan, I am so very much enjoying Haven. I panicked when I thought season two might not be released on dvd and the series cancelled. I don't know if other fans wrote in, but I sure did. I am so happy with season two. I watched all the episodes in less than two days. I am really looking forward to season three and the next set of dvds. If you are a fan, you will love watching Haven w/o commercials. Please be sure to let SyFy know you want the series to continue. I very much recommend season one and two. ENJOY

Who is Audrey Parker?
The situation in Haven is spiraling in this season. The chief is gone, the Rev is up to something, and the Troubles are getting worse. All the while Audrey and Nathan are desperately trying to keep Haven from falling apart and desperately trying to bring Audrey's past to light. This season is a wonderful installment in the Haven series. All of the discs in mine worked and the case was in good condition. I paid $15 for my copy. Money well spent.

4 Disc Bluray version
I ordered the 1 disk Blu-ray version but what I received was a 4 disc Blu-ray version that I can't even find listed anywhere here on the Amazon site, so I can't comment on the the physical qualities of the single disk release. As for the 4 disc release, the packaging looks to be the same as the regular DVD version. It's a full tri-fold slip cased holder with the episode synopses on the first fold and the discs stacked on top of each other 2 to a fold on the remaining sections. The story itself continues to be well scripted and acted, and they keep me interested from episode to episode, answering some questions and bringing up new ones as the season progresses. There are not any episodes that do not move the main story and plot along, no side trips as it were, with the exception of the Christmas special, and even it does a good job of moving the story along. That episode is on the last disk as the last feature, but I would have put it at the very beginning. I say this mainly because after watching the cliff hanger ending, it almost seems to be a step back. But I guess it's a side trip. The special features are worth watching and an entertaining behind the scenes look that are just about the right length. Long enough that I felt I learned something neat about the show, but not so long that I started looking at my clock wondering how much longer. One reason I detracted a star is for a purely technical standpoint. 6 episodes had commentary tracks. 2 of them had 2 commentary tracks. Rather than making the commentary tracks be an alternate audio stream on the main title, the commentary tracks are on their own distinctive titles on the disk. This makes it impossible to easily and conveniently watch a scene, then back up a few minutes and re-watch it with the commentary track turn on so see if there was a particular comment about it. Instead, you'd have to exit completely back out to the main menu and choose the commentary version to watch to get that. I can think of no logical reason this was done this way.

Are you in "Haven?"
I love Haven! This particular seaon (2nd) is one the best; although all are excellent. There are "Deep Ones" here; and lots of other mysterious "troubles." There are a number of obvious Stephen King references; I am not going to say much about these (although the are some interesting views of the Overlook Hotel.) Audrey, Duke, and Nathan are heroes in my family. My daughter and I call each other every week to see what we think of what happened, and our theories of what will happen. Great show!

I came across season one rather by accident, but was immediately intrigued by the story and the underlying secrets. I could not wait to learn how the events around Audrey, Nathan, Duke and the town of Haven would develop. I was not disappointed, there are new secrets and turns that I found interesting. It is funny as well as dramatic, the storyline and the characters have taken me in right away! Even though the characters' motives sometimes seem very clear and their relationship as well as their role in the story rather obvious, there is still room for developments and complexity, and secrets you may not have suspected. There is a cliffhanger at the end of this season, so I cannot wait for season 3 now... ;-) You might like this if you are into mysterious stories and do not mind not everything being explained right away. Mind you, it is different from series like the X-files, and nothing like, say, Supernatural. No demons here, and the mysteries are clearly linked to Haven and its past as well as to Audrey. As for the DVDs, I was satisfied with the quality of the packaging as well as with the DVDs themselves. In the bonus material I particularly liked the Audio commentaries and the Christmas episode that was funny and moving at the same time.
