Helping the earth, perfect for turning your veggie and fruit scraps into nutritious soil
I do like this sturdy composter that is easy for two people to assemble, few parts. The seller was exceptional as I sent a not-so-nice message when I mistakenly thought there were no assembly instructions. His message was incredibly prompt and kind. I apologized profusely when I found the directions in the drum of the composter rather than with the parts that required assembly. I recommend this composter. It is a bit more expensive than a few others I found but worth it. You get what you pay for.

Missing parts, extremely bad instructions, but simple to figure out.
Instructions start with inserting the mythical part 'FF' through the bin. I don't have that part, and no video or review I find mentions it at all. Apparently it's not necessary. Plus, there are no actual words in the instructions; just pictures; which completely omit the fasteners. Finally, there are plastic bushings that are shows in a place in the drawing that is physically impossible unless you drill holes in them and get longer bolts to account for them.Other than that, it hasn't fallen apart yet.

Works great!
I am new to composting. I did allot of research before I purchased this bin. I had some frustration assembling the legs/stand. I found the instructions in the tube of one of the legs once I had it almost completed. I did not notice the letter/code embossed into the metal legs/stand parts until I had it together for the final time. So far I rotate it everyday and the food/leaf waste seems to be breaking down. I did put in a compost starter too the mix. I have not seen any varmint damage/break in signs either! I'd recommend this.

Drum is much shorter than axle.
Decent product, but drum is moderately shorter than the axle. Seems like base is mismatched for bin.

Large pre-assembled barrel. This is the one you want! Get two!
I knew I wanted a rotating tumbler compost bin. I knew I wanted two so that when I filled up the first one I could start on the second one while the first one cooked. At first I bought one of the cheap ones that comes in many pieces you have to assemble yourself. BIG mistake. By far the most difficult thing I've ever had to assemble from Amazon. Impossible to assemble perfectly. Lots of weak points. I finally got that one assembled after a multi-hour slog but it's already leaking and I don't expect it to last more than a year.Having resolved never to assemble a piecemeal compost bin again, I bought this one for my second one. It cost quite a bit more but was the cheapest one I could find where the barrel arrives all in one piece. It took less than five minutes to screw the legs together. There are no weak points from which the contents can leak. The door easily opens and closes. It rotates easily. It's one large chamber which means it's easier to add new scraps and has plenty of room for your compost to reach critical mass. It's exactly what I wanted. If you're looking to dramatically reduce the amount of waste you put in your regular trash while creating nice fertile soil for your garden and in general becoming a more responsible citizen of this planet for a reasonable amount of money while getting exactly what you pay for, get this single-chamber preassembled compost bin from FCMP. Get two.

excellent product, buy this one
This composter is exactly what I was looking for, it has a thick plastic barrel that won't rust and comes in one piece. The frame is the only part that needs to be assembled and is made of painted steel, assembly time was 15 minutes. The composter is simple, the right size for the average homeowner and made in Canada not communist China. Buy it

Get this composter
Okay this is so well made that next paycheck I'll be getting a second one because I love it so much.I'm going to hit the main bullet points of why this is better than most other comparable compost tumblers.-Near zero assembly with only the frame needing to be assembled-Other than the door and sides there are no spots for leaks, I compost in my basement so not having a leaky tumbler was a must.-Corrosion protection. Most compost tumbler that have hundreds of screws to assemble will eventually corrode and break I was pleasantly surprised to find that the area the shaft goes though is actually sleeved in plastic. So the compost juice *won't* touch anything metal to corrode it.Update: I now have two of them for about a year not and I'm still impressed with them.
