Good working order
I received my refurbished xbox today and happy to say its working fine,no manual with it though so had to Google how to set it up. Completely undamaged,looks as good as new.

I am so pleased with this purchase I have no problem with my Xbox One S I give that 10 out of 10 not let me down yet I'm still using it now I have no problems I've got all my stuff I thought I lost it I haven't and thank you

Not in good condition
Was not expecting a perfect example of an Xbox, but this one had a shattered casing, looks as though it has been dropped on the corner. Poor quality rather then light wear and tear. Also missing HDMI cable

Very good product and a bonus it comes with two controllers. Very fast and ridiculously fast delivery.

Won't set up and update - avoid
Very disappointed son and frustrated father trying to set up the Xbox. Would not progress beyond the update stage, eventually reset machine to factory settings and looked up how to do offline update. Having bought a usb stick, downloaded, unzipped and copied the OSU 1 file to the memory stick, put the machine on troubleshooting mode......nothing but an E101 error. This is probably a hard drive error and suggests that the machine wasn't tested, suspect refurb means simply dusted and reboxed! Now to add insult to injury we have to drive to a drop off point a wait for a refund.....no replacement on offer!

Hello, I ordered one of these, it arrived on time. It was in superb condition with controller and all cables. I would recommend this, and no I'm not a bot
