Wikki Stix Alphabet Fun Cards for Learning

I recently started using the Wikki Stix Alphabet Cards Set, and it's been a fantastic addition to my classroom resources. I am homeschooling a 5 yr old reluctant learner. Whew. It can be exhausting trying to figure out ways to engage him and his 3 year old little brother each day. I was searching Amazon and school sites for various ideas to reinforce the alphabet and came across WikkiStix. I need things I can pull out that will engage him so I can do other things, but that draw his attention and makes him excite to learn and practice. These were just what the 'teacher' ordered! I've only ever used WikkiStix for play in the past so using them for learning was perfect! My little boys get so excited when I pull these out to make letters. I'm not sure they realize learning is happening. They think it's a fun game. EXACTLY what I was hoping for! So thankful that WikkiStix makes these letter cards. Made my life that much easier. One purchase and I'm done. They use them over and over! It was a huge hit with both my 3 & 5 yr olds!

I purchased this to help my son learn his letters. He won't play with this for very long periods of time, but he is getting a lot out of it during the time we do spend with them. One thing I really like is that the capital and lowercase version of the letter is on the same card. We are caught in the middle of my son knowing some lowercase letters and some uppercase letters, but this helps to show that they both represent the same thing. I definitely recommend doing as suggested on the instructions and cutting some of the "sticks" down so that the letters can be properly made. The only thing that is a bit annoying, but of no fault of the manufacturer, is that the dog hair from our merry band of mutts gets stuck all over them when we play on the carpet no matter how recently I vacuumed. It is also a bit time consuming to untangle the sticks after my son wads them all up into a jumbled mess. (Again, this is to be expected with wax sticks, but it still doesn't make it fun to untangle them.) Also, on a side note, I have found that Wiki Sticks are the PERFECT way to hang stockings under the mantle! I just happened to be contemplating how to hang them more effectively than last year when I looked up and saw a stash of Wiki Sticks sitting on the mantle :)

As an RBT, I truly love using these Wikki Stix alphabet cards during sessions. They’re a fun and engaging way to work on fine motor skills, letter recognition, and following directions. The materials are safe, colorful, and durable perfect for children with different learning needs. Highly recommended for home use, classrooms, or ABA therapy sessions!

This is an awesome way for my toddler to learn his letters while having fun at the same time. The box contains everything you need to play for a long time, the letter cards, 36 wikki sticks colors of the rainbow, and instructions. What’s great is there is no mess, just pack the wikki sticks back up when done and they will be ready for next time. This is a great toy that will get years of use!

I bought this for my preschooler to do while I was teaching my kindergartener (first year homeschoolers). She LOVED it! My only recommendation is to keep them in a place where your kids can’t access them without permission - haha! Mine loved them so much they used the wiki sticks in a lot of imaginary play and they got lost/rolled up into a ball. I need to replace the sticks, but I think that speaks well of how much my kids enjoyed them.

These are amazing! I bought these as a learning tool for my two children (ages 4 and 2.5). They live using them and have fun bending them to make each letter. My son has even told people that his favorite game is Wikki Stix. I will say this, I don't care too much for the waxy residue that they leave on your hands when you use them. It doesn't bother the kids, but I personally don't like the way it feels. Also, when I used them in the classroom, they would quickly become a sticky tangled ball. So, they do require a few steps of precaution when trying to keep them clean and neat between uses. None of the above will keep me from trying out the other products available from this company. I'm considering the numbers cards and make a picture cards for birthday gifts.

I got these for my kindergarten classroom, but I think they would also be great for any on the go parent. What I love about Wiki sticks is they never dry out and can be used over and over again. The cards are easily bent but work fine and are easily straightened out.

Strong, durable cards. Wish they were laminated, but happy with this purchase.

Great amount! Variety of colours. Great to make little shapes or objects with. Lots of flash cards which are a bit too hard for my son at the moment, but eventually!
