Makita M9513B 850W Angle Grinder, 100mm

I did my spadework for a month before buying an Angle Grinder coz buying it wasn't a necessity for me but a hobby. But even for Hobby I choose the professionally Best power tool. That is Makita, which is one of the Best in the World in power tools. DeWalt was Boss once but not anymore. The future belongs to cordless power tools but In India many craftsmen still use hand tools, not even corded power tools. So for India cordless is still a far. Its remarkable that many International brands are easily available in India and at out doorsteps after only few clicks of computer mouse. Its better to wait to buy a good machine than to regret buying a poor & costly in haste. I know that Makita is an investment and not an expenditure. The cost paid today will be returned by product itself in many folds in future. Friends the actual price of Angle Grinder Makita M9513B is Rs. 5400/- (see the image having price and manufacturing details) and I got it for Rs .2600/- from Diplomat Drawing Emporium, Roorkee, Uttrakhand, India via amazon.in. Delivery was well before the date fixed. The product is cost friendly, smooth in use, although angle grinders makes their standard sound. Its a a sleek looking power house. I'm a Hobbyist and for me 850 W is more then enough. Move the toggle switch which is at rear and its high RPM gives a push. Its really powerful. Maintain it properly and it will turn age 10 without problems. I recommend Makita to people to consider before buying power tools. Its not necessary hat only the USA make good and famous tools, This time it's Japan's Makita which is The Best in its segment.

Everything is good, but the Switch is tight to use and no bolt to insert paper grinding disk. Turning on and off is little trouble. Makita can make it better. Thank you Makita and Thank you Amazon

The said machine went out of order on 13-Dec-25 while using the machine. Does this machine has any guarantee for replacement etc. please advice.

Not working machine

Sharing my personal experience with the product. Was delivered to me on July 31th. Was used for work as intended and stopped working by September end at around 2 months of purchase. I claimed warranty with some difficulty as the local authorised person seemed displeased with the fact that I bought the product online. The physical warranty card is essential for claiming warranty and should be kept with utmost care. I was told that the armature and coil had problems and would be replaced by company for free. Paid around 250 bucks for a carbon change and repair charge ; rest was taken care by the company. The whole process of claiming warranty took about a week and three visits to the shop. I noticed that the Makita around 850 watts was not so sturdy as the Bosch 600 which I had bought before this one. Sharing my experience so that other people can read and take better informed decisions while making a purchase.

Makita is the best one brand.....value of money.....prodect heavy and good one
