Can someone tell me the measurement of the front rise on these jeans? Some reviewers say high rise, some are saying mid-rise.

I'd say their more on the side of hi rise. The top of the waist band sits right at my waist line. Hope this helps.

What size for 5’9” and 250 lbs?

Depends on your body shape. They run full in the seat hips and thighs. You'll want to check the inseam and the size chart. I wear a 33 inseam and I can't wear them with boots. Very comfy

What is the rise on these? Midrise or Highrise

Right above the belly button...mid-rise.

I'm no sure what plus size to buy? My waist is 1.5 inches bigger than the measurements. If i go a size up it will be 4 inches too big in the hips.

The fabric is a bit stretchy, so get the smaller size.
