Pros:- 1.Price is low as compared to other books available. 2. Easy to learn concepts at basic level. 3. Suitable for Self Study and method of representation is easy. Cons:- 1.Some more detailing is required in some sections like need to elaborate what each option in property manager does in some cases not all. 2.Some extra images are required to understand properly what to do and what is the result. Rest book is good and basic knowledge can be acquired easily.
