Moisture Test - Calcium Chloride Test Kit (Single Unit)

It's been a while but it is imperative you can a test kit to test for Calcium CL for additional information prior to costly repair work or even to install a pump. Easy to use, and the results are very accurate. Just open it up, place in a open area away from equipment, activate and monitor. Send in the results and you re good as gold.

We had to use this product to determine what kind of flooring we could when we remodel our home. The instructions are very easy to follow. Because we really wanted to make sure that the dome was air tight, we used duct tape around the perimeter of the dome over and above the gummy, sticky edge that came with the kit. We also had to purchase a small, more accurate scale to weigh the disk that absorbs the moisture. It's an easy-to-use, accurate kit and would highly recommend it to anyone concerned about what kind of flooring their slab foundation can handle.

Havent used the test yet, but it arrived in a few days and included everything described in the kit. I will be using the test to measure the moisture in a concrete floor. Im testing to see if I can install a hardwood floor.

The Moisture Test Kit did the job effectively, however it was not clear how to compare the results of the test. I ended up have to call when a simple statement on the packaging could have provide the answer.

Worked great. We used this on the concrete floor before installing new flooring in our basement. Instructions were easy to follow. We did purchase a small scale in order to get an accurate measurement of the container. The dome kept a good air tight seal during the duration of the 72 hour test. I used a tool to give the adhesive an extra push to ensure a good seal. I was very happy with this easy to use, at home test kit.

This product is quite easy to use. Directions are very specific on how to set-up and gather results.

Save me a lot of trouble. We did it before we made epoxy for the basement floor. Tell us our basement floor is not an epoxy candidate.
