I just bought a 500w e scooter by Maxshot (seems identical to Volpam) and I was concerned about the fit of this hook due to the fact that my vertical tube up to the handlebars is an oval shape, but this screwed right in. I didn't need the included black screws that were included and I didn't need to force anything.

SOLID Hook ! I bought two hooks. One had stellar reviews but was $5 more expensive. The hook from this seller was solid. Very sturdy. Equally as strong as the more expensive one that I returned.

I was happy to have a hook instead of putting a couple bags of light groceries on each handlebar, but I used the provided mini octagon shape screwdriver. Once I got a screw out I noticed this hook is not for a Segway-Ninebot or at least not mine, which is Segway ninebot F30 i believe. The shape of it did not match the shape of the long haul. It was going to be attached to thankfully, I was able to return it, but now there is a constant annoying creaking sound where I remove the screw and put it back in. I tried everything wondering, why didn’t look right in the end I wasn’t able to connect it at all because it just wasn’t the same shape
