Handle is not spinning

Excellent and original product from scotch brite
I purhcased scorch brite bucket mop in jan 2016 for 999/- price and after mop handle not rotating properly due to improper handling and searched fro mop handle of same company but some third party availble those are worst handles But i found this handle mop recently it is original and same as what we recieved first with scotch bucket But the price is too high I purchased for mrp 549 rs Price has to be reduced

Slightly defective (slipping)
Asked for a replacement, as the first delivery appeared to have been tried out and returned by another customer. Looks to be an original Scotch Brite spare (identical parts, including pipe sections and plastic fittings), however, not as good (as the original) as it slips every now and then whilst spinning. A bit expensive considering the overall cost of the complete kit. Also, would have been nice if the circular mop attachment were also available.

Purchased on 4th July and its spin mechanism is not working and return period completed on 14th July. So not contacted to claim/contacting customer service for my problem. And ordered another new one, the same not spinning mechanism observed and customer service helped to changing another new one. That also spinning mechanism problems observed and refund also issued by Amazon. Thanks a lot for your customer’s satisfaction. Now coming to the point that I have conveyed the manufacturer for the issue of non functioning the spinning mechanism. The manufacturer informed me through email that after three working days they will contact me . Is it possible any possible solution with out refunding the amount, because I really needed this item.

This mop handle I was not suppose to order but I had may be missed out option for buying only spin mop which I got damaged. I'm using this full set product since last 2-3 yrs and it's working fine.
