Seems good quality! Came in quickly and is bigger than I expected. The lunch box looks serviceable, I'll be able to fit enough food for a 12 hour shift, especially now that I can carry my water bottle separately. The pockets for water are huge and easily fit a 40 oz water, with an extra support latch for stability. Velcro looks pretty strong and durable. Overall seems good quality and should last. So glad I found a solution for carrying my lunch, water, and supplies in one bag while working as a Med-Surg Float Pool nurse.

Great backpack, but the included lunchbox was sub par. First, the size was completely inadequate for the space of the compartment it goes in, or for my lunch, for that matter. Second, if the top compartment has any kind of weight to it, it will crush the soft sided box, and your lunch. It really needs a rigid sided lunch box or container that will not fold up. That being said, everything else was excellent. Webbing for the straps os sturdy and well attached, no loosening stitching or too flimsy plastic buckles. The interior provides good insulation and is easy clean. Side mesh pockets can hold a 40 ounce bottle with ease. Love the front access to the lunch box compartment. It makes my life so much easier to take it out the side instead of having to dig out out from under everything else I have in my pack. Design is well thought out, you can adjust the interior barrier between the top and bottom a bit, sleeves for laptop and/or tablet are well placed so you don't need to fumble figuring out which is which. The dividers in the top front pocket were a little bit annoying at first, but I like them now. All in all, can't beat it for the price, good sturdy pack. I work EMS, so I take it with me every day and it gets tossed around an ambulance. Still going strong.

I bought this for my husband and he really likes it. The quality is excellent, the material feels durable and strong, and the thickness gives good structure without being bulky. The storage capacity is impressive, with enough room for work essentials and a lunch container. The built-in lunch compartment is very convenient and well made. The design is clean and flattering, great for work or travel. The price is very fair for everything it offers. Would definitely recommend.

It's a little bulky for my taste but you get what you pay for right? Anyways bits of threading coming off here and there don't know why I haven't done anything real rigorous with it. Other than that the little lunch box compartment keeps my icepacks and whatever else I put in there cool all day depending on the amount of ice packs I put inside, three at the most. It gets so cold that the coolness even sinks through the bottom of the backpack. One thing I do really wish though is that I had some kind of structure - a frame around the lunch box so that way things won't get smushed by the heavier things that are in the backpack.

This bag is perfect for what I needed! Fits the lunch box and my large planner and lots of other stuff as well. I have had this bag over a year now and it is still going strong! Very pleased with the quality and value. Everything stays cold in the lunch box as well even with my 12-hour days.

Great backpack/ lunch box. It works just as described. I’ve been using it for months and no issues. Would recommend highly. Got a few complaints on it at work.
