I bought this after returning DT-266 Ac Dc Digital Clamp Multimeter. DT-266 was a disaster. It was inaccurate, unstable with fluctuating reading. Simply put it was a useless piece of junk. Meco MC_27T is a good product. The readings are fairly accurate. The Reading Values do not unnecessarily fluctuate as they do in CHEAP testing devices. The display is pretty crisp. The user manual is complete and does not have incomplete and illogical sentence construction as it is in case of CHEAP devices. Easy to use. Competes and emerges as a winner among similar PRICEY devices. Can Trust MECO. It does not measure DC Current. Uses Two AAA cells. The batteries that came with it are of CHINESE origin so be careful not to leave them inside for a long period to prevent damage from "Electrolyte Leak From Cheap Battery". Anyway these Chinese batteries won't last long. All Five Stars to MECO

Good product in this price. Only issue is probs are not inserting tightly in meter. It is too tight to insert, resulting lose contact.
