Its sitting in my rack, it hasn't moved and it's solid and well made. Cannot fault!

Very sturdy shelf holds the weight of a 8 port switch easily. Mounts into standard 19 inch rack easily.

It's amazing how expensive a piece of painted, punched, folded sheet steel is. I expect that in a factory somewhere, robots are churning these out in the thousands per minute kind of figures. Having said that, the quality and finish seems very nice – no rough edges, and no marks in the (textured) paint. The captive nuts are also of good quality. As with any of these shelves, if you put several kilograms of kit on them, they tend to sag down at the back. This is as much a problem with the side rails on the server rack, as it is the shelf - but the two work together.

Made of strong metal and nicely coated. Fitted perfectly in a rack flightcase.

I've bought 3 of these as "like new". For just over £8 each. They shipped them from Spain to the UK - how are they making any money at that price. 2 were perfect, one was dented on the front edge. I'd assume it was stood on at some point during transit. They are not easy to straighten, they don't, they just flip to being bent the other way. But.....£8 each. I have one as a base shelf in my 500mm deep rack, to put my NAS and it's UPS on, another a 5U up from it to store a couple of external HDD's (to backup the NAS) and a couple of HDHomerun tuners on and have fitted the bent shelf, upside down, immediately above it (creating an enclosed 2U gap for the HDD's etc.) to give the cables from my switch, fitted above, something to run over and drop down the back of the rack, so they don't get in the way of the equipment below. All works, tidy - for just over £24 So if you don't need one urgently it's an idea to wait and see if there are any come up as "like new" with a 2/3rds price cut, based on my sample of 3 you have a 2/3rds chance of getting a perfect shelf, and a 1/3rd chance of getting a perfect useable bit of metal that you're only going to plonk something on and never look at again.

Bought 2 and I'm very happy with the quality, probably wouldn't have bought them if i'd realised they were going to ship them to me in the UK all the way from Italy. I have no idea how many trees I'll need to plant to offset that.

Came well packaged and fits perfectly into 1u rack. It has some weight to it doesn't feel cheap and very little flex when installed. Would buy again.

Estas bandejas son para colocar dentro de un armario rack de servidores o equipos de red. Son armarios metálicos de 19” (48,5 centímetros) de ancho con 2 guías con agujeros a los lados donde se atornillan railes para servidores, equipos de red como firewalls o switches, patch panels, PDUs (regletas de enchufes), o bandejas como estas. Estas bandejas se utilizan para colocar aparatos que no están diseñados para ser enrackados, pues son más pequeños. Es el caso de un router de internet de una compañía para una conexión doméstica, conversores de fibra óptica a ethernet, inyectores PoE… Compré 2 bandejas, una para colocar un ordenador en formato torre, que no tiene posibilidad de enrackarse, y la otra para colocar un SAI (que tampoco es en formato rack), el router de la compañía de internet, un inyector PoE y algo más que pueda surgir durante la instalación. En mi caso las he colocado sobre unos soportes en ángulo recto que ya venían con el rack, por lo que no utilizo solamente las 2 orejas de esta bandeja para soportar todo el peso. De ser así, no aguantarían, pues solo el SAI ya pesa más de lo que pueden soportar. Pero entre las orejas de las bandejas y los 2 soportes laterales, colocadas encima de estos y luego atornilladas las orejas al rack, han quedado bien sujetas y firmes, creo que aguantarán el peso sin problema. Me ha gustado que son más profundas que otras bandejas pensadas para racks de 60 cm de profundidad (como es mi caso), que suelen medir 35 cm de fondo las bandejas, mientras que estas miden 40cm. Además, tienen una doblez hacia arriba tanto en el borde delantero como en el trasero, lo que, además de darle robustez al conjunto, ayuda a que no se caigan cosas por esas zonas, cosa que otras no tenían. Aunque claro, para colocar algo grande, como un servidor, plano sobre estas bandejas, necesitarás elevarlo o sino se apoyará solo sobre los 2 extremos elevados de la misma. Las medidas exactas de la bandeja son: - 40 cm de profundidad - 44 cm de ancho (aprovechables, 48,3 cm contando las orejas) - 1U de altura para anclarla al rack - 0,7 cm de altura de los bordes que sobresalen hacia arriba en los extremos delantero y trasero Han llegado en perfectas condiciones, ni abolladas ni nada. Y eso que venían en 2 cajas sueltas, como si fueran 2 pizzas. El envío lo cierto es que fue más rápido de lo esperado, pues llegaron en solo 1 día cuando se indicaban 2-3 días. En general, contento con estas bandejas, me han quedado bien colocadas. El envío rápido y su precio correcto. Eso sí, si necesitara colocar los mismos aparatos (pesados) en estas bandejas sin los soportes laterales que ya tenía en mi rack, me hubiera decantado por otras bandejas con fijaciones a las guías del rack tanto en la parte delantera como trasera.

Hier sind einige Punkte, die ich hervorheben möchte: Vorteile: Einfache Installation: Der Fachboden ließ sich mühelos installieren. Die vorgebohrten Löcher waren genau dort, wo sie sein sollten, und die Montage war in kürzester Zeit erledigt. Robuste Bauweise: Mit einer Traglast von bis zu 25 kg fühlt sich der Fachboden sehr stabil an. Ich habe bereits einige Geräte darauf platziert, und er hält alles ohne Probleme. Das Material wirkt hochwertig und robust. Vielseitigkeit: Der Fachboden ist perfekt für Netzwerkschränke und Serverschränke geeignet. Ich nutze ihn für meine Netzwerkgeräte und andere Zubehörteile, die ich ordentlich verstauen möchte. Schwarzes Finish: Die schwarze Lackierung sieht nicht nur gut aus, sondern passt auch hervorragend zu meinem Schrank und anderen Geräten. Das Design ist schlicht und professionell. Nachteile: Befestigung: Während die Montage einfach war, könnte die Anleitung etwas detaillierter sein, besonders für Anfänger. Eine kleine Übersicht der besten Befestigungspunkte wäre hilfreich. Fazit: Insgesamt bin ich mit dem DIGITUS Fachboden sehr zufrieden. Er erfüllt meine Erwartungen in Bezug auf Stabilität, Funktionalität und Design. Ich kann ihn jedem empfehlen, der nach einer zuverlässigen Lösung für seine Netzwerkschränke oder Serverschränke sucht. Definitiv eine lohnende Investition!
