It's a gud buy but the base tray is not 13 inches in diameter. It's hardly 12.5,price is little high. Let's see how much it will withstand the weight and outside temperature. Overall gud buy.

Size is accurate , plastic is thin but will do well
Size is perfect for the big flower pots 👌 I wished , the plastic could have been a bit thick , dosent look very strong ..... But didn't break till now and is going good. Serves my purpose.
