Good book for kids to read rhyming easy words.

My 3 & half year old daughter loves this book. Rhyming letters & funny pictures make it easy for her. She doesn't know spellings but she can read it by just looking at the pictures. Worth buying. Thank you Amazon for reasonable price.

Amazing and a very interesting book...... kids learn things while having fun, I wish I got the board book rather then paper book... They learn, colours, counting, opposite in their own fun way..... I too loved it...

Superb reading practice. Got this specifically for my 4.7 yo to read on his own as he is a beginning reader. Lots of phonics and sight words. Every page is dedicated to one word family practice. Even if words are just made up and make no sense, they adhere to the phonics. It makes a child understand how to read an unfamiliar word regardless its meaning. And that's the point of phonics, to be able to decode unfamiliar words. Go for this one and Hop on Pop, which is also useful for word family practice, although has less text, but still perfect for developing fluency.

This was one of the gift my son got on his 4th birthday. I bought it also with Dr.seuss ABC. He absolutely loved it. He will not go to sleep now unless I read both the book. Even I enjoy reading it to him. It's a good book if you want to start instill the habit of book reading for your young one. I am planning to buy the rest of Dr.seuss blue back book for him. And ofcourse Amazon's packing and everything was awesome as always

Go for children who have more that 6 years. But I bought for 4 yrs child which is not that much good to use

What I loved about this particular Dr Seuss is that along with all his zany creations there are sound lessons for your little one. While it entertains you with the Gox, the Zeep and the Zans, it also teaches you to not hit or scream all the time. Now every time my son shouts, I tell him he's being a bad fish, and he shuts up with a smile. :)

It's been a few weeks since we bought this book and my son loves it. We've read it along with some videos of the same book on YouTube and that was extremely exciting for him.
