501 Spanish Verbs

This book is a bit advanced for me as I have only started to learn Spanish but I have already learnt some important facts about the Spanish language. I think if I keep going it will be very important to my studies. I would recommend this book. I actually bought a copy for my mother who is 76 and has been studying for the past year and she likes it

Best reference book I have ever had. Lived 11 years in Spain and this was my bible for learning the language. Lost it now I have replaced it and so welcome.

If you are serious about getting to grips with a language then this is a must. Comprehensive list of verbs and their conjugations and a great tool for learning.

After using DuoLingo (really good as a starter) and decide you need to move on then this book is essential. Looks complicated to start with but if you are being tutored its a must.

I have been studying Spanish for over 20 years now & am a fluent speaker if not writer. I have found this book essential for grammatical checks as well as verb conjugations, as it gives a very clear & complete guide to Spanish grammar at the beginning of the book. It is written in clear & non-patronising language which is easy to follow & understand. I'm never without it & my only complaint is that larger 1001 series is now seemingly out of print

1. Delivery: fast with Prime. 2. Condition of book: Pages and cover are in tact, no highlights 3. Book construction: for each verb there is a full page of 14 tenses. 673 pages in total makes it a little heavy for daily transport. Front of book tells you how to use it ( what each tense is). This is nice because, really who knows what a “pluperfect” is. The book details this well. Back of book offers popular verb phrases and tests to practice. I recommend it.

動詞の意味、活用を覚えるつもりでこの本を買ったけど、 そんな感じの本ではありませんでした。 一応、練習問題も少しありますが、基本的には動詞の活用が載ってるだけ。 ただ、全部の動詞にすべての活用が載っているし、 「英→西」の対訳辞書があるため、 分かんない動詞の活用を調べるのには重宝します。 だから、動詞を覚えたい人には向かないけど、 辞書で動詞調べにくいと思っている人にはかなり役立つと思います。

Since moving to Mexico, I've been having a hard time conjugating all the Spanish verbs to the tenses that don't even exist in English. I am from another country so I had to learn English as a second language to begin with, and I don't think it was that complicated. Anyhow, for whatever the reasons I thought I could just memorize a few phrases and get by. Wrong! I really needed this book so I can understand and memorize the verbs conjugations. It's really handy while in my Spanish study group when we are trying to say something and need to look up the correct tense. Heavyweight but really useful. I'm gonna get a lot of use out of this.
