Foldable Weight Bench - Adjustable Bench for Full Body Workout, Fully Upright Backrest Design, Multi-Purpose Incline Decline Bench - 2025 Version Black

4 days in - This bench is amazing, it is very comfortable and seems to be made out of high quality materials. Adjustability is amazing and this IS suitable for tall people(I am 5'11, I know people of a variety of heights and I think this would work with most people, maybe maxing out at around 6'6-6'8) Situps are completely possible, but it slightly difficult to get into the correct position to do them(nothing the maker could have done to fix this, just figured it was necessary to point out) Negatives - I have very few negatives with this bench, just two. Adjustability - The adjustability bolts are easy to accidentally unthread and difficult to thread back in, also those same adjustability bolts are ONLY on the left side of the bench. You cannot just take them out and thread them in on the right side, which is slightly disappointing for people in tight areas who are right handed. Stability - this bench is not the most stable thing in the world. Dragonflies make it incredibly noticeable, however the real concern is in weighted situps. If you make a mistake and quickly shift your weight to one side of the bench, I believe you could fall and potentially injure yourself. It is still plenty possible, you just have to be careful not to throw it around and accidentally tip it over. This is partly due to the bench being kind of narrow in width, plenty to do your workout but just narrow enough for it to be slightly unstable. Potential Additions - I believe that this bench should add threadings on both sides so that you can put the adjustment knobs on either side of the bench. I believe that the bench should have a weight rack for dumbells(I'm hesitant to just put the dumbells on the bench as I am afraid it could create a permanent impression) I believe that the foam leg holders could use more adjustment options, as there are only 3 pin slots when I feel theres room for more, would be great however the amount it does have is just fine and works. Overall, great bench. Its positives far outweigh the negatives. solid 9/10 (4.5/5) due to it being imperfect, however I feel as though very little change would turn it into a 10/10. I would recommend getting this over any sit-up benches, due to it being more versatile yet doing the same or similar job.

Not very sturdy

This is an awesome addition to our home gym. The adjustable seat makes it easy to move it from upright to laying down. It is sturdy and doesn’t feel like it will tip over. And it was easy to assemble!

Good quality bench with nice fold up feature. Nice padding, sturdy frame and a lot of positions. Plus, it's larger than some other brands. For the price, this is a solid choice, however there are needed improvements. First, wider legs would give better stability, especially on carpet. This is needed on most of these benches, not only this brand. Second is a pin issue. The bench has a long pin that holds the bench in the folded position, keeping it from flopping open when carrying or storage. The issue is the length of that pin is too short. The pin has a "ball" embedded toward the end, that's meant to hold the pin in place once punched through the frame and seat holes. Well, being too short prevents this pin from locking in place and it falls out when carrying. The holes are too big for the pin and the pin is too short to pass through all holes past the locking ball (like a socket snaps on a ratchet wrench or extension). I hoped a longer pin was available, but emails to the company was ZERO help. The requested picture after picture, whic I provided, but still refused to acknowledge the issue. So, I made a longer pin myself. So, do ai recommend ?.. Kinda. I'm not pleased with the company service, and the issues I mentioned should be addressed. However, it's still a good bench and worth the price. Do other brands avoid these issues ?.. not sure. So, you decide if these things matter to you. But I wanted to post a complete and honest review to help you make the best decision for you.

The bench was delivered, folded and ready to use. Only a couple pieces to connect but it was super easy to set up and start using. The base is very sturdy and the seat is actually comfortable. The seat and the back are both adjustable, making it easy to do all kinds of different movements a variations. Don't regret this purchase at all! Highly recommend getting this bench if you are looking for something reliable and easy to store.

Exceeded my expectations in every way. Comes pretty much fully assembled. Just add handles and the foot pads. It’s plenty hefty for me 6’, 175 and has a great range I’d adjustments. Height and width are perfect and the padding and cover are nicely done. It’s good looking too and will fit in most any space. Comes folded and can easily be folded die storage with a built-in carry handle. A nice bonus is the exercise chart. Also the price point made it a great value at around $70 after discounts.

Good bench, use it daily in my home gym. Comfortable and multible angels to work with. Most importantly, stable bench with bench presses for incline, decline and flat .

Not bad, a little bit flimsy, the space between the butt and back rest larger than showed, but it does want it should be doing

sturdy ... must fold in half for storage { it won't stand straight up on it's end in a flat position ... the supporting frame will only go so far as a 'v' shape } ... it is uncomfortable on the arms and awkward when trying to figure out where to place dumbbells on the floor right after doing a set of bench press ... otherwise you kind of balance the dumbbells on your thighs before sitting up ... not good for crunches { the floor is better due to the position of the legs ... I'm not complaining about leg discomfort I'm referring to it's the effect of the actual crunches ... maybe good for people like myself who want to do military press or even bench press with not lots of space and their arms are strong enough to put the dumbbells on the floor after a set { it's quite awkward to do so ... it almost causes pain in the bicep when trying to do so ... it's just basically sort of awkward ... it's also awkward to place dumbbells on the thighs after a set while laying flat }. fairly useful for incline bench as well ... sorry for the somewhat repetitive elaborate description I'm trying my best to describe it ! p.s - the adjustment knobs snap into position with a spring except for the leg position thing but that thing is pretty much useless anyway because i also tried a reverse sit up { whatever it's called for lower back exercise } and the leg thing is too uncomfortable for that for sure ... deadlifts are better for lower back exercise ... the leather smelled bad for a week but the smell completely disappeared after several days fyi !
