This works very well in my nebulizer. I use 1 vial and I cough up a lot of mucus from my lungs. I highly recommend this product but you should check with your pulmonologist first before you start using this. I think you would be alright to just start using it.

Helps to eliminate mucus in my lungs better than the 0.9 saline.

I could not believe my eyes when I opened my package that was to contain my saline torn opened. Does not make me feel secure with something I am suppose to breathe into my body. Other than that all 25 units were there and concealed. I have not yet used the product ,but gave a 4 star because of package torn open.

I used this in my nebulizer to explore how it might be useful to me. In my case, just a few inhales was sufficient to improve my breathing. One 5 ml ampoule lasted a almost a week. Be sure to talk with you health care provider.

I originally got this as a nasal mist, as in, I'd squirt it straight up the nostril. I have severely dry sinuses in the winter and thought this would be great to travel with. I did read some reviews that stated this was pretty strong, but it advertises being safe for my case use, so I went ahead and got it. The packaging was good, everything arrived undamaged and well packaged. It comes grouped in fives, and it fit perfectly in the small side pocket of my purse. When I tried the first vial, it was so strong I audibly gasped and could do nothing but let that burn go down my nasal passage into my throat. There was no way I could put it up my other nostril and ended up throwing that vial away. I ended up buying a nebulizer, which is something I honestly wanted to do for a while anyway, and decided to use these with that instead. I figured I already paid a lot of money and wasn't going to let the rest go to waste. I purchased another brand saline for my nose and waited for the nebulizer to come in the mail so I could try these again. While it was much easier going down that way, the amount of saline still stung afterwards. My nose and mouth area felt like I had just spent the day at a windy beach; I had that raw salty feeling on my skin. I'm not sure I can finish the rest, and I've only used two vials so far. My living humidifier crapped out on my a few days ago, so if I get desperate enough I'll use it again a little at a time. But for those who are on the fence because of the saline content, I'd say to skip it and find something milder.

Amazing product it really helps to clear my nose when sick and have a blocked nose it’s been amazing each time I use it.
