Best upgrade I have made for my kitchen I have been using this rolling knife sharpener for about a month now, and honestly, it has been a great addition to my kitchen. It offers four different angles, which makes it easy to sharpen different types of knives. It is super easy to use but also very effective. The 400 grit disc brings dull or damaged blades back to life quickly, and the 1000 grit gives me a nice, sharp, toothy edge that works perfectly for everyday cooking. For an extra fine edge, the 3000 and 6000 grit ceramic discs leave the knives polished and smooth, almost like new. The leather strop is a nice finishing touch; it removes any tiny burrs and makes the edge feel extra clean. I also like that the instructions are simple to follow, and the storage bag is really handy for keeping everything organized. Overall, I think this sharpener is well made, versatile, and definitely worth it if you want sharp knives without much hassle.

This is an effective tool. It requires a little patience and elbow grease, but it creates a good edge on kitchen knives. The novel design of using a roller is pleasant. The setup stores well in its zip up case. It may just be my unit, but I can only remove the stones from one end of my barrel. This is a little disappointing, because I cannot just leave it in the cupboard with my two most frequently used stones attached. I have to switch between stones each time I work with it.

The kit is pretty nice and presents very well. This sharpener does work very well but it's application is limited to specific knives. The magnet on the holding block is okay for small knives only. Large, tall or long blades don't really work with this device. The leather strap in the kit is really to small to work. I bought this kit for my kitchen knives and it works on only a few. Small steak knives, or butcher knives and cleavers do not work with this kit.

Love my new roller knife sharpener. Easy to use, 4 angle base, 4 different grit disks, and a great case to keep it all together. If the manufacturer would etch/label the disks it would be even better. I did Sharpie the inside of disk, just in case...
