ULTRAHUMAN Ring AIR (Certified Renewed) – Smart Tracker for Men/Women, Fitness and Sleep (Sizing Kit)

I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring AIR for a while now to track my daily activity and sleep, and it has genuinely changed how I approach my routine. As a "Certified Renewed" product, I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived looking brand new and has functioned perfectly. What I love about it: - Easy to setup and is waterproof. - Decent battery life (3-4 days). I usually just charge for 15 minutes every day when I'm at my desk. - It does an incredible job of recording sleep stages, movement, and recovery metrics like HRV and heart rate. Having all this data on my finger instead of a bulky watch is much more comfortable for 24/7 wear. - A "Sleep Quotient" or "Recovery Score" every morning. I’ve found that seeing an "unsatisfactory result" really acts as a psychological motivator to get to bed earlier the next night. It’s almost like a gentle punishment that holds you accountable for your habits. - It’s a good fit and so lightweight that I often forget I’m wearing it. Final Verdict: If you want deep health insights without a monthly subscription fee, this is a top-tier option. It has definitely helped me stay more disciplined with my bedtime. I highly recommend picking this up, especially if you can catch it on sale or as a renewed unit for the extra value!

Took over a week for delivery but being certified refurbished it can be expected. Came in great as new condition and no issues. The product use itself is good the app is good, the ring is slightly bulky as expected for a ring of this type but not noticeably bulky or uncomfortable. Battery on turbo mode is lasting 5 days so far so should easily expect more with the lower power use modes. Been really helpful to track sleep, stress, activity levels, and improve caffeine intake.

Honestly, I was on the fence about spending this much on a ring, but I’m really glad I did. My main reason for getting this over the Oura was the subscription fee I just couldn’t deal with paying another monthly bill just to see my own sleep data. The ring itself is super light; I actually panicked a few times the first week thinking I lost it because I couldn't feel it on my finger. The data is interesting, but what I actually use is the "stimulant window." It tells me when to stop drinking coffee so I can actually sleep, which has been a weirdly helpful habit change. It’s not perfect the charger is a bit finicky but overall, it feels like a piece of jewelry that happens to be smart, rather than a piece of tech.

As a girl with PCOS I did months of extensive research into smart rings that were going to help me with cycle tracking and any stats that could help me manage my symptoms. I've had the ultrahuman for about 10 days now, and I can tell you that it's comfortable, out of sight and full of helpful information. Battery life has been great, only really needed a full charge once. It's giving me helpful sleep insights and caffeine windows which have really improved my days. Still yet to get a full cycle in for all the ovulation/cycle data, but I am enjoying the UX and the information it's been giving me.

I can genuinely say that this Smart Ring has changed my life in so many ways. The Ring tracks so many different areas including stress, caffeine intake and its effects, shift work, sunlight exposure, exercise etc. The app is seamless and very well laid out, not only provided the data but giving you real tips and advice on how to make improvements. I do not know if the data displayed is 100% accurate but it gives a baseline to work with and the data then shows trends including body temperature and movement during my sleep. I do not wear my Apple Watch Ultra to bed as it is too bulky and needs charging so the Ring is perfect. Battery lasts around four days, but I charge it when not wearing it for weight lifting to avoid damaging it. The Ring feels super high quality and hasn't yet marked despite continued use in a variety of activities. It is also really light in weight so you don't even notice it and is not bulky. I went for the dark grey titanium colour and it looks and feels more premium than I expected. I got the Ultrahuman X subscription with the Amazon offer and is really worth the extra upgrade for peace of mind, also brings a new feel and look about the app with enhanced features. I had to contact Ultrahuman support via the app to help activate the code and they were really friendly and so fast to respond to message through the chat. Cannot recommend this Ring enough, especially at the price an official refurbished one is on their store through Amazon.

I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring for about 1.5 weeks and I’m already very impressed. The ring is lightweight, comfortable, and I barely notice it on my finger, even while sleeping. The app is intuitive and provides clear insights into sleep, recovery, and daily energy levels. I especially like the sleep analysis and how easy the data is to understand. Build quality and battery life are also solid so far. Very promising product and I’d definitely recommend it 100%

So far so good. Used for over a week and only charged once. Nice to get sleep data back since Apple Watch needed to charge every night. Steps seem accurate, and completely waterproof so can shower, swim etc. Raw titanium, will scuff and scratch, but I think that adds to the lived in look. Get the ring sizing kit for fit, I tried the Oura and Samsung sizing kits in a store and the Ultrahuman one in the post came I was still a 10 but it was slightly looser that the other two so check before you buy. There’s almost too much info on the subscription-free app. I like the dynamic caffeine window it suggests. Looking forward to more insights and nudges to healthier days and nights.

Schlaftracking, HRV und Aktivitätswerte werden übersichtlich dargestellt und helfen mir, meinen Alltag bewusster zu steuern. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass kein Abo nötig ist und der Ring angenehm leicht zu tragen ist – auch nachts. Die App ist klar strukturiert und liefert sinnvolle Insights ohne zu überfordern. Insgesamt ein hochwertiges Produkt für alle, die ihre Gesundheit datenbasiert verbessern möchten.

Metrics useful, comfortable, no subscription model and ….. it just works ! Great product. Getting the sizing kit is essential before purchase. I had no idea how much fingers actually change during the day !

L’anello è stato testato solo per due cicli di ricarica. Ero molto scettica all’acquisto in quanto non ho mai comprato ricondizionato. Devo dire che invece è pari al nuovo, nessun graffio, autonomia della batteria come se fosse nuovo, mi dura 6 giorni con batteria impostata sulla modalità “chill standard” senza avere tutti i sensori in modalità turbo costantemente anche perché non mi interessa. Immagino dunque siano stati fatti tutti i test necessari da Ultrahuman. L’app è davvero fatta benissimo, senza necessitare di abbonamento si hanno un sacco di informazioni utili e precise (cosa non da sottovalutare). Devo dire che al prezzo del ricondizionato conviene molto. Ho avuto la fortuna di trovare la misura del mio ring nel colore che preferivo ricondizionato da ultrahuman e a 200€ credo sia molto onesto. Soprattutto per tutti i feedback sul benessere che ne riceviamo. Ho potuto valutare le misurazioni anche in una settimana di condizioni di salute non al top, con febbre ed influenza ed effettivamente era tutto precisissimo. Anche la misurazione della caffeina è qualcosa di sbalorditivo. Dopo aver bevuto il caffè in un orario considerato poco consono, l’app subito avvisa che non ho fatto buon uso di caffeina. Quasi inquietante 😅Ad oggi sono davvero soddisfatta dell’acquisto. L’acquisto è stato fatto perché gradivo la misurazione del sonno ma non riesco ad indossare Apple Watch durante le ore notturne. Da appassionata di tecnologia non posso già farne a meno. Top Ultrahuman! La versione Diesel poi (non acquistabile qui su Amazon ma sul sito ufficiale) è davvero perfetta 😍 consiglio a tutti questo ring
