No wonder it is priced very high but it delivers the quality justifying the price tag

Product works as expected and is hepful. After 7 months of usage battery is dying, resisiting less than one day after full charged. I contacted the seller, and free replacement arrived in couple of days, no need to return the mafunctioning one. As such, a one star reviewe turned into a 5 stars.

Total waste of money! Zero after sales service and their system is compromised. Nothing against the seller but the issue I have is with Oura. My card details were leaked after paying for the membership and there is no support at all from oura neither is it very easy to speak to a human and get a resolution. I am stuck with a 1200 AED useless piece of junk

I’ve had it for a month now and I can say it really keeps me on track not necessarily health and fitness but more habits and trends. I think everyone can benefit from it. It came neatly packaged and sealed 100% new and after wearing every day I definitely have a lot of small scratches (and I take it off for showering doing dishes etc) but not visible to the normal eye

The Oura Ring colour has tarnished within 4 weeks of wearing, it now looks copper (not rose gold), and doesn't match my jewellery. I'd ideally like to exchange but the return window is really short on Amazon and there is no option to swap now even after a short period, wouldn't recommend as the colours tarnish very quickly!

The app is intuitive and easy to navigate, though some people might need a bit of time to explore all its features—there are a lot, and they’re all useful. It takes about 90 days for Oura to fully calibrate and understand your individual baseline, so the insights get better over time. Buying the sizing kit first is a MUST—you’ll want a good fit for accuracy and comfort. Tagging activities and meals is super simple (if you remember to do it). The Rest Mode is a thoughtful feature for days when you’re sick, in pain, or recovering, though I do wish stress tracking stayed active during this mode. Battery life is solid, syncing is quick, and the ring itself is lightweight and comfortable—even with sensory sensitivities. It also integrates beautifully with Clue for cycle tracking, which adds another layer of helpful data for me. If you're managing chronic illness, neurodivergence, or just want a deeper, more holistic view of your health, I can’t recommend the Oura Ring 4 enough. It’s not just about fitness—it’s about understanding your body, honoring your limits, and supporting your wellbeing.

Delivery took longer than expected, but i am happy with the ring. It does exactly what they advertise. Its a nice to have.

Very comfortable to wear, lightweight and almost unnoticeable during the day and at night. Clean, minimal design that looks like a regular ring, not a gadget. Sleep, recovery and readiness insights are clear and actually useful. A great choice if you want health tracking without a watch on your wrist.
