- First Impressions of the MAXLANDER Weed Wacker Cordless
I recently purchased the MAXLANDER Weed Wacker Cordless and wanted to share my initial thoughts, though I haven’t had the chance to use it yet. The product arrived well-packaged, and everything seems to be in good condition. The weed wacker feels surprisingly lightweight, which is great since I was looking for something to handle for my small yard. The instructions seem straightforward, though I’ll need to test the assembly process to confirm how user-friendly it is. I’m excited about the 2-in-1 trimmer and edger feature, as it seems versatile for both trimming grass and edging along my flowerbeds. I’m giving it 4 stars for now based on its promising design and accessories. Once I’ve used it, I’ll update this review with details on its performance, battery life, and overall durability. Looking forward to putting it to work!

Apparently not good quality
I used it once and now it doesn't work. Have to return it back to the company as those two-year guarantee. When I did use it it worked really well it was so convenient because it had wheels on it when doing edging.

Bought this for my father he loves it.Does exactly what he wanted and it's light and easy to use , batteries last long enough for him to accomplish what he wants to.

Trouble with the string
It works great, but the string is constantly needing fixed. So you have to stop every few minutes to fix the string. It’s easy to handle, light weight.

Its ok, but not good
It works nice , the string break very easy and the string a pain to keep turing on and off to make it feed also the connection for the pole comes loose alot causing it to stop. Ergonomics of it can be better .

Almost worthless
Easy to assemble, but that's about all I can say that's good about it. The spool doesn't feed properly, and I frequently have to manually take the cover off and feed the line through. It comes with two batteries, and one of the batteries stopped taking a charge after just two uses. Waste of money.

Cordless String Grass Trimmer
After trying an electric brand that didn't work, I opted for a cordless. I'm a senior and need a lightweight trimmer. This was perfect. Two battery packs that charge quickly and run for a long time. The only down side are the spoolers keep getting stuck and the string strips easily. But once you get it on right, it works well. Has an adjustable handle that helps adjust the weight load.

Review change, good product after issue was fixed
I have changed my review of this product from a 1 star to a 5 star rating. When I first bought it the batter did not last more than a few minutes. However, the company reached out to me and sent me new batteries free of charge! The product is very light and I have never had an issue with the self feeding device for the string. It does not have the same power as a gas weedwhip but I have been able to cut all the area I have needed too. This has included some longer grass and small random plants that sprung up next the house. Also with it not being gas the maintenance is alot less which is nice since my gas ones seem to clog up every winter regardless of how much I try to prep them in the fall for winter.

It's lightweight...hate to say it but a great weedeater for the lady trimmers in the crowd, or for a kid who's being taught to learn how to help the parents take care of a yard. It's also great performing - it weed eats and trims edges, a great feature. The battery life is good and the fact that it comes with a spare means you should always have a battery ready to go. So happy with this purchase that I bought one for my daughter to use at her house.

Died after using approx 6-7 times. Seems to be a poor connection between the pieces - it worked well at first, but when it died the first time, we tightened the connections and it worked again for a bit. Then the second time it stopped working we tried tightening the pieces again but it only worked for a few seconds. Wasn’t a battery issue. Worked great until it died - very frustrating!!

Well , not real pleased with this little weed eater , line won't advance when button is pushed as it is supposed to , batteries don't last very long at all(that may get better after a few charges) ,the shaft is a little too short and no way to telescope it to make it longer, there seems to be a loose connection as it sometimes stops running (think I found that problem and maybe fixed it) we will see,all that being said it is nice and light and when it works it cuts well, I like all the extra spools and the two batteries. Not sure yet if it will get returned or not , gonna work with it for a while and see if I can live with it
