The clock that is attached to the bracket is missing the piece to set it. It don’t want to have to return the entire lot. Is there a way to receive a replacement bracket?

That unit didn’t work right. It would not connect to the hotspots on anyone’s phone in my household. It would freeze up and restart by itself. Surprisingly it connected to the WiFi in my house and I downloaded Netflix prime and stars. But the apps would not work on this unit. I bought another unit for my pickup truck made by someone else. It works perfectly. I’m able to connect to my mobile hotspot to watch Netflix stars and prime video no problem. I couldn’t get this unit to work at all so I returned it

I bought other brand of screens like this and they could get the right skin resolution. This brand worked great! 16 GLE 350 with system 5.2 - please BE AWARE - when you think your done, your not! You will need to follow instructions to the end otherwise the BT sound will not work when your in apple car play / android auto. Thank you for providing a product that works!
