These little ding-ding bells have the prettiest tone of any I have tried. Easy to use, just flick with your thumb. Easy to install, except that one bell (just one of the 8 or so of this model I have bought) came defective, and had to be exchanged. I am not even dinging any points for this, because Amazon makes it so easy to get a quick replacement. Great little bell, I highly recommend

I used this on my Heybike Tyson, which has a thicker handlebar than is considered "standard." This is after I tried a few other designs that just would NOT fit across the handlebar. The built-in "horn" is very loud and obnoxious on this e-bike, so I wanted a bell that wouldn't startle people. I thought that this would be a frankly disposable, cheap solution. I was very wrong--this has great build quality, and it has a very clever screwing attachment that I strongly recommend more attachments use. Basically, you screw it on and it tightens as you go. It won't move around if you tighten it well, and the bell is both loud and variable (you can make it louder or softer as you like). Honestly, this is a fantastic product. I didn't need to modify it at all, and I'll be using it daily. 5/5 stars. Just get it!

We were looking for a bike bell which is suitable for toddler balance bike or /and scooter and tried quite a few bells, but most were for standard handles and did not fit thicker handles on our toddler first balance bike (Sereed) and his first scooter (Micro Kickboard). The ones with adjustable lengths were mostly rather horns, not bells and some of those sounded awful, were hard to squeeze or contained easily accessible small coin battery to produce flashing. We tried classical bells, but they were a bit complicated to use by toddler. Finally we found that one - small, easy to use with thumb, easy to mount, adjustable to pretty much any handle, with classical Ding sound, clear and loud. Our 18 month toddler is as happy as can be. His only complaint - the bell is not purple, but he agreed that silver colored bell is cool too.

At this price point, you should understand these are disposable items. I ride on busy walking/biking paths and ring this 50-100 times per ride. I've worn out several but I keep buying the same replacement. The tone is loud and clear and carries a long way. The mounting strap is generous and gives me lots of flexibility in mounting locations. The clacker is easy to operate with a flick of the thumb. The only drawback is that it sounds almost exactly like the default iPhone text tone and many people check their smart watches before realizing I'm approaching from behind. Even so, it's a nicer way to announce my presence than yelling, "On your left" all day.

Nice and loud gets people's attention from far away and it was cheaper than alternatives.

I tried three other bells before i found this one. Not only was it the least expensive but it also has the best sound of them all. It’s also the only bell that would fit onto my road bike! I’m definitely buying a second one for my other bike.

It's super easy to install because the diameter is adjustable over a wide range. But mine was broken and instead of a clear loud bell sound it kind of rattles. I probably just got a bad one. My partner's works just fine.

Not sure if I was just lucky but this bell has an absolutely lovely sound that lasts and lasts. The first time I used it was on a busy recreation path that has bikes, rollerbladers, parents pushing babies in strollers, folks out for a walk - everybody - so the bell got a good workout. It did its primary function of getting people's' attention but also put smiles on many faces. It even elicited a joking "here comes the ice cream truck" from an adult. In addition to its lovely and long lasting sound, it is very easy to install so that I can switch it easily between my road bike and my hybrid.
