Simple install, instant set-up, with option to enter a rolling contract, cancellable at any time. Good coverage under Vodaphone network. Cheap, flexible, efficient, what more could one wish for. Lebara worthy of 5 stars.

IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH LE BARA YOU WILL FIND IT IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO ANY ONE.

Do not buy Lebara SIM cards via Amazon. I contacted Lebara as I could NOT activate the SIM card in the phone I had just bought. They told me to contact Amazon, who told me I needed to speak to Lebara. I couldn't find the phone number for this SIM anywhere so I got in touch with Lebara again. They told me to dial *#100# and press the call button and the number would be displayed. I did, it was, but then I was informed by Lebara that it was not a recognised Lebara number. They had no record of it and it wasn't possible to register it as it wasn't a Lebara number. I was, by this point, as you can imagine, losing patience (and I am a very patient person). Amazon does not support returns of these SIM cards so, after numerous calls and having spoken to at least 3 different people, I gave up and threw it away 😖

Good value for money

The signal is good and the website is very user friendly. It's also possible to top up using PayPal. What annoyed me a little is that when I activated the card I was told that the offer to get half price for the first 3 months had been used already. This wasn't the case.

Perfect, easy to use for a disposable phone number for whatever. Just plug and play. Great for creating accounts or other nefarious uses.

SIM work fine however the half price for first 3 months promotion wasn't applied despite following the instructions correctly. Lebara agents very unhelpful. No easy way to contact Amazon to resolve issue.

So far Lebara is proving to be really good . £2.50 to start going up to £5. Pay as you go.
