Q: I read that the batteries could fall out when the safe is closed.

The battery compartment issue has been resolved. The safes now have two screws that secure the cover, preventing it from opening accidentally when the safe is moved.

Q: Are there holes on the back?

There are holes on the back and bottom of the ‘large’ model. These holes are covered by bolts that can only be unscrewed when the safe is open.

Q: How does the countdown timer safe work?

The timer safe has a timer that regulates its opening for a set period of time (e.g. 5 minutes, 2 hours or 99 days). Once the countdown is complete, the safe can be opened with the secret code.

Q: How does the daily-weekly time safe work?

The daily-weekly time safe uses time slots to regulate opening times. For example, every day from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. or only on Fridays from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Q: How does the delayed opening time safe work?

The delayed opening time safe is an anti-theft safe; you can set a delay from 1 minute to 53 minutes by lifting one or more switches on the internal timer.
