I really like this machine, because you can compost you food waste in your house. Yes it have a little smell, but goes away after you have the window open for a little bit. And the noise is ok, not loud at all. After 5 to 6 hours, all the food waste turns into powder.

It showed up on time and has worked beautifully. I am glad I purchased it and enjoy getting the garbage turned into compost for the garden.

Cool machine. Works well

Quit working. Still heats but does not turn/grind. Wrote for warranty support over a month ago with no response. Contact attempted again today. If they resolve issue I will upgrade my rating as it worked well, while it worked.

While this does turn food scraps to dirt as promised, the smell that comes out is more than we could stand. Adding the charcoal into the filter didn’t help. It’s easier to simply buy a food waste basket and dispose of it properly.

I absolutely love! Easy to use. Composting capacity is excellent. Best of all zero smell. It’s a great value!

This things was amazing, for a month or two. Then the lid cracked. The customer service people were great and sent use a new almost immediately. Then the replacement was great, until it wasn't. I honestly think with our family of 5, it was just unable to handle it, even with us cutting things to super small, etc. I just do not think this machine is meant to be run everyday, and that is exactly what we were doing. BUT do not let that deter you. Again, the customer service was great and totally understood, and gave us a full refund. That is freaking amazing!!! So this is a standup company and it is a great machine. But I do feel it is for a smaller family that will only run it maybe once or twice a week. Now time for us to sign back up for a weekly compost pick up service. At least we gave it a try and it is a good machine.

Easy to set up and easy to clean. I put the allowable foods into the device and it was a quiet process.
