My favorite first step cleanser. Lovely texture and scent.

This is exceptional. I usually go for a cleansing oil because I find the balms to be too thick and I also don’t love having to scoop the product out HOWEVER this one obviously has a really nice and sanitary dispenser and the texture of it is impeccable. This balm has me wanting to hurry up use the last of my Tatcha cleansing oil and never go back. It really is that good. It melts super quickly, it emulsifies easily and most importantly, it dissolves the makeup. And it’s a fractions of the price of a luxury skin care. If you’re on the fence, just get it. I didn’t even realize when I bought this that it’s by the same brand that makes these really delightful pressed serums that I love, so if you’re in the market, you should try those as well!

This balm works wonderfully at taking off waterproof mascara. My face always feels really soft and smooth after using. I use this as a first step, but I think I could just use this and would be fine. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the smell. It smells like automotive grease. On that note I would still repurchase.

It has a strong smell

I love this cleansing balm. Melts the makeup away. The fact that I don't have to put my hand in the jar is a plus for me. Much easier to control how much product you use with the twist up dispenser. Not drying. My skin feels like velvet after washing it off. Not a huge fan of the scent but it's not off putting.

I love this cleanser. It is very gentle but still takes off my eye make up. This is the first step in my double wash routine. Turning the cap and getting the product in happy little curls makes me smile too :).
