Functional and affordable
Elk Master has been around forever it seems. Good medium performance tips that hold chalk, play well and are affordable. Simply stated if you can't run out with the Elk Master, its not the tips fault :-)

Great Deal for League Use
I shoot in a few leagues, so while I’m not a professional I do use my sticks regularly. As mentioned in another review there is some variation in thickness (see photo), but even the thinnest tips are at least as thick as any that I have seen on new cues. Note that my photo shows only 11 tips (the 12th is on my cue!) It was easy to shape the tip with the correct tools. I bought the soft tips and have great control with these tips. Very pleased.

High performance tips at economical prices!
I've used every brand/type of cue tip on the market & I have came back to Elk Master tips, they simply have the best performance, hold their shape very well over time, have fantastic hit feedback & almost never glaze over even when using premium chalks like Toam, Kamui, ect. These tips are high performance at affordable prices!

These seem to be the real deal.
I learned to shoot with Elk Master tips a long time ago. Love the "thunk" when I strike the cue ball and the tip just sticks to the ball, creating all the english I want.

Hard or soft
I have ordered these tips a couple times but there is little to no consistency in the quality of the tips. The first tips I ordered were a Med-Soft and the last order the tips were very hard. I ended up throwing them in the trash. If you are lucky, you'll get something you can use.

Good
I think they are very good quality. They need to be firm. Someone said he thought they were old, not true.
