Updated from 2 stars - as soon as I posted this review the company reached out and asked how to resolve - they offered a replacement and a refund. When I didn't respond (I have a less-used email for this), they reached out again to try to help with the issue, offering a variety of solutions. As noted, i have ordered this mouse a few times (and have recommended it to others) so maybe I just got a one-off. I appreciate that the company reached out right away to see what they could do to resolve it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have used this mouse for a long time now and I am finally online to get something different. I like that this has batteries - I find the rechargeable don't last long so they're always plugged in, which defeats the purpose of a wireless mouse. But this scroll wheel is just the worst! It jumps a long ways down the page when I scroll and sometimes it doesn't move at all so I keep scrolling and then it jumps. I use the scroll wheel on a mouse and noted that my mouse at work scrolls consistently and doesn't "jump" or have "stops" when scrolling - it's smooth and even. This is fine as far a connectivity, buttons, etc. But the scroll wheel is awful - WHEN it scrolls, it scrolls too far and is not even a little bit smooth, you can even feel the "bump" with each scroll event - under your finger there is a resistance when the scroll is "over" and then you have to sort of press again to get it scrolling again. I've purchased this same mouse in the past so maybe it's just this specific one with the weird resistance settings but I am done with it for now!

I use this for my laptop, it has trouble connecting when being idle or off so you have to replug the dongle in. But still very functional. I love how you can change dpi on it and it has all the mouse buttons. 7/10

I got this mouse like two weeks ago for work and it is doing wonders. It isnt loud, its fast has great connection to my screens and I love the buttons on the side move the page backwards and forward.

Its a very nice mouse im pleased with the product.
