Great LONG RANGE headset. Quality!!
Awesome headset...LONG RANGE... I use this at work in a building that acts like a Faraday cage by design and this works not only in my building, but I can walk outside and over to another building and it still works great! Can't recommend it enough. I had the previous version of this for over 10 years and it finally died so I bought this one to replace it and LOVE IT. The new bluetooth and USB features that connect it to my work laptop are great... now I can use it for conference calls and walk all over the building during calls. Can't recommend it enough. The wireless range of this is phenomenal.

Worth Every Penny Nothing Beats Jabra!
This Jabra Engage 65 SE replaced my old Jabra headset, and I couldn’t be happier. My job sent me a Plantronics model to try, but there’s no comparison — Jabra wins hands down. The sound quality is crystal clear, and the noise reduction is unbelievable. The wireless connection is seamless, and the range is outstanding — I can walk outside to the back of my house or go down to the basement without losing signal. After using other brands, I can confidently say I’m sticking with Jabra for reliability, comfort, and performance.

ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEEE THIS HEADSET!
Use this headset 40 hours a week and I love it! Love that you can actually see when the headset is muted by seeing a red lit up button. The battery is great! I use it all day and charge it on my lunch break for 45 minutes and then again at the end of my shift. It’s never even come close to running out of charge. The calls are very clear. I can walk into other rooms without any loss of clarity. I’m extremely happy with this wireless headset! Buy it!!!

Good but not great
Works great and loving the distance and audio clarity. Ear pads aren't as comfortable as you would think. Very rubbery and stiff

Best Headset
I have been using these headsets for years for work and home office and they are the best. The SE is even a slight improvement over the standard model. They are older and expensive but are worth every penny.

Does not fit my needs
I work at a call center for a hospital, and it’s crucial that my equipment works flawlessly without interruptions. I’m upgrading from the Jabra Engage 50 Mark 2, a headset I absolutely love. The dongle connected to the Engage 50 gives me quick access to all the essential controls, and I have no complaints about it—except that it’s wired. Unfortunately, switching to the Engage 65 has been disappointing for several reasons. ### **Cons** 1. **Base Station Frustrations**: Docking and undocking the headset on the base station is frustrating because the USB-C port on the headset must align, could be magnetic self-alight like other headset base stations. 2. **Mute Button Placement**: The mute button is located near the mic, so pressing it often causes a crackling or popping sound, which the caller can hear and mistake for being hung up. The button’s placement should be relocated. 3. **Stiff Volume Buttons**: The volume buttons on the headset are very stiff and difficult to press to quickly turn up or down the volume. 4. **Mute Feedback Issues**: When the mute button is pressed, the headset audibly announces "muted" and "unmuted." It’s unclear how to disable this in the Jabra software so that it is an audible tone instead. 5. **No Software or Shortcut Mute**: The placement of the mute buttons (+ base station mute button) slows me down. 6. **Base Station Button Design**: The buttons on the base station are slightly indented. Raised buttons would have been easier to press. 7. **Power-On Delay**: The headset doesn’t automatically power on when removed from the base station. When you put on the headset, you have to press the center button on the left side to hear any audio. While this might be an on/off switch in settings, the transition to this headset was already challenging, so I didn’t invest time in exploring this further. 8. **Call Connection Delay**: When a call comes in, there’s a one-second delay and a short tone before the caller can hear me. While minor, this delay is unacceptable for my needs. ### **Pros** 1. **Excellent Call Quality**: Audio quality is outstanding. 2. **Lightweight and Comfortable**: The headset is comfortable for all-day wear. 3. **User-Friendly Software**: Jabra’s software is intuitive, although it lacks some features I need for my workflow. 4. **Strong Battery Life**: Battery life is reliable and long-lasting. ### **Summary and Conclusion** The Jabra Engage 65 has some strong positives, including excellent call quality, all-day comfort, and reliable battery life. However, these strengths are overshadowed by several design and usability flaws that make it difficult to recommend for high-pressure environments like a hospital call center. The awkward placement of the mute button, the stiff volume controls, and the cumbersome docking process are especially problematic. The delay in call connection and lack of quick muting options further hinder its practicality. While I wanted to love the Engage 65, it ultimately falls short of expectations, especially compared to the seamless experience I had with the Engage 50 Mark 2. For these reasons, I gave this headset a **2 out of 5**. It may work for less demanding environments, but for my needs, it’s not the right fit.

Very bad design flaw
Check the attached pic, headset need to be aligned perfectly to the usb c port on the stand. Its not magnet or pins. And no Bluetooth. Waste of time.
