They hold the panels
These fence or balcony solar panel brackets do the job. They're easy to assemble and measure to fit your mounting position. Since they're individual they can easily fit small to large panels. I used them with a 100w panel on a fence without issue. They function of the bracket is very adaptive to your surface to get the good enough for.
