This is best coffee machine.the moment I unboxed it, I could tell it was a premium product. The design adds a touch of elegance to my home its easy to make , and it's become the centrepiece of my morning n eveving routine. Brewing coffee is an absolute delight. The variety of coffee pods available allows me to explore and savor different flavors, catering to my ever-changing mood. The user-friendly interface, even for someone like me who is not tech-savvy, ensures a peaceful morning experience. It's also easy to clean, saving me time and effort. Best quality product you can buy without any doubt. This is product price arround 6k when I order then I was thinking that amount is too high. Please read my review below before buying this. 1. Bluetooth connectivity is so bad that the connectivity stays only when I am standing near the machine. And I am using a pretty decent iPhone. 2. The notification only comes when device is connected to phone via Bluetooth. Now if I have to stand near the device anyways to keep the Bluetooth connected then whats the point. 3. Notification only works via Bluetooth so if you are not in your kitchen then bad luck with the notification as this is not like the normal notification that comes in other apps. It only works via Bluetooth connectivity. 4. The device is so expensive and they did not even manage to add a small bell sound to let us know that the coffee is ready. Wow who engineered this. Great choice. You need your phone to get notified. You can stand beside this device and not know that coffee is ready if you are not staring at the light indicator. 5. Coffee is not even hot. So back luck if you want a hot cup of coffee cause this can't make it. 6. App is totally a waste. Every time you need to pair the Bluetooth. Come on. Even cheap devices can keep a Bluetooth connectivity. Guess Nescafe is new to the Bluetooth technology. 7. If you are making coffee and setting it up via their app and your screen goes off after some time. Then the notification will not work. So to be notified about coffee is ready you have to keep your mobile screen on. Might as well stand beside the machine. So to sum it up, the device does not make hot coffee, Does not alert you properly, the app does not remember Bluetooth connectivity. What a waste of money. I buy a lot of things and this is amonst the top list of my money wasted purchases.

Good part is that you actually get excellent frothy coffee and it is easy to use and clean Now the bad parts The bluetooth connectivity wants every damn permission from camera to location etc etc, which has nothing to do with coffee, and on top of that it still does not work The coffee is lukewarm at best. I can polish the whole small mug in 3 gulps PROBLEM SOLVED As suggested by another contributor on this forum, after using this coffee-maker, I microwaved the resulting lukewarm coffee in a mug for 30 sec and got excellent foamed coffee at piping hot temperature.
