A very good product. Gel caps are firm, smooth, and easy to swallow. . No fishy odor from the bottle and no fishy taste or stomach upset. No burping or gas. This is the triglyceride form, which is more bioavailable and stable compared to the more common and cheaper ester form. Seems to me they're worth it.

I have ordered this fish oil since last year that my ophthalmologist recommend high potency oil fish for dry eyes. I am so happy they have it on stock again. For a little while It was out of stock and I have to try diferente ones with no good results. This is the bes product I have and the price es reasonable, plus the quality is really good. You can take it at any time of the day sure is no going to give you an after taste. I could feel the difference on my eyes when I went back to this product. I have been taking this product for a few months already, I'm pregnant and I was looking for a high rated Omega 3 product and from the reviews I read I liked this one. So far and most importantly is that with this product I do not get as much burping as with other brands, it is only sporadically. My only advice especially if you are first trimester is that this product contains Rosemary extract, which some say is a no-no during pregnancy, especially during the first trimester and if taken in large amounts, so do your own reasearch. Since I already passed that mark and I'm almost 3rd trimester I will continue taking it . I also bought this same product to my mom, so she can try it for her joints problems and inflammation, she takes other supplemments and exercise often but she is has been feeling much better.

I learned from my Ophthamologist that this type of Omega 3, the Triglyceride form, is the best kind to take for your body to utilize. He recommended it for my dry eyes. I find the pills easy to swallow even though they are on the large side. They are soft and squishy, and I do not notice any kind of a bad taste or smell. I am excited to see in my next check when they do lab work, how it has affected my cholesterol. It tends to run on the high side, but these supplements should be effective at raising my HDL (good cholesterol) and lowering the LDL.

So far so good. Wanted to increase my omega-3 intake with both the EPA and DHA in the triglyceride form (because I heard that was the best way to take these) and this brand had what I needed. I’m hopeful it will help me continue my health journey.
