just what i needed. fits nice and firmly. does have a little dangle to it. but if you wrap the wire around another wire it won't dangle as much. but works perfectly

Yeah you'll be limited to 2.0 speeds but it's better than nothing at all. Originally thought it had a loose fit until I spun it around and then it fit nice and tight. The only thing I don't like about it, which is more a limitation of the tech, is how far it sticks out. If I had to do it again I'd probably get a cable version so I could run it behind the motherboard. But other than that it works flawlessly

This is a great alternative when you have an older mobo and a new case. This worked perfectly for my needs and will purchase again. The pricing can be better though but it works and only took 5 seconds to install

I tend to find myself transferring files to my PC using USB-C. My motherboard is a little on the older side using AM4. and my motherboard didn't include a USBC adapter for the front panel header. I bought this for one of my pcs and it saved my life for how cheap it was. Worth it if your motherboard is missing a USBC header.

my motherboard didnt have the connection i needed to connect the front panels usb c connection. This allowed me to use one of the regular usb ports to convert to the connection for my usb c. Now i can plug my usb c cable to charge my controller.
