I've only had this lock for a couple of months but it works as it should. It was very easy to install. The instructions on how to unlock were a bit odd, but I kind of figured it out. So far, I'm pleased with it and would recommend.

Not okay, batteries do not last it is constantly turning itself on and off in the middle of the night, fully charged batteries only last about a week! also outside door handle broke off the lock, security clips or welded spots came undone from using not normal I think. It has not been a year since purchased from amazon, it is poor quality but it was not cheap for my budget. Product is out of warranty so I need to get another one because I do not want to be locked our of my home! I amazon would somehow review complaints and reach out to us be great but they don't, or replace or credit us be better!

This lock was easy to install, and worked great! It did drain the double A batteries fairly quickly, but not too bad. Very easy to use and worked great, until all of a sudden after 3 months it just completely stopped working and responding. Contacted customer support for Arpha, they answered on the first ring, were very friendly and helpful. Within a few hours of calling they emailed to tell me they are sending me a replacement free of charge. Good product Excellent customer service

Got this for our office door and is really helpful to have a keyless keypad door lock, because I don’t have to carry around a lot keys and is extra protection and security for our office. Was really easy installation, easy instructions how to set up for passcode and works perfectly for our needs! Also, it came with a set of keys which is handy in case you loose power or the batteries run out. I still can open the door with the keys. Also you can manage it with an app, per example you forgot to lock the door, then you can lock it from the app! Amazing!
