Just okay, it does help to remain calm. But does not impact the sleep quality

When we lived in Europe, we took a supplement similar to this. After moving back to the States, we looked everywhere, but couldn't find anything like what we had used in Europe. Then, I found THIS product on Amazon. It gave us the energy we had been missing, and the Magnesium helps us sleep better and stay asleep. Also the B vitamins helps with relieving stress and helping us feel calmer. I HIGHLY recommend using this product, especially if you want more energy, better sleep and an overall feeling of calm and well-being.

Taste great, easy way to take a supplement. I've been looking for something this easy, glad I found it. Highly recommend it.

The product works as expected, I sleep better and night cramps have subsided somewhat.
