Very convenient as these save much space and are extremely easy to change weights on. I bought 3 pairs, different weight capacities. The rainbow colors are a cool added bonus. 😎 Just grip the dumbbell and turn left or right while locked into the base and the weights are adjusted. They are very sturdy and seem like they will last a long time. It's a very good price these are sold at for what you get. When lifting and maneuvering the dumbbells, they are not awkward or bulky. I expected them to hit each other or be bumping into my body/things around me. That is not the case at all. The reason for the 4 stars has to do with the quality of the grip itself. I happened to get one that had defective tabs on both ends so you could not twist the grip to change weights. I emailed the seller and they responded in just 2 hours, then sent out a replacement grip the next day, which arrived in just 2 days. Excellent customer service. I would give 4.5 stars if it was an option.
