Well if you need one this is perfectly adequate. Don't think it will last forever but the price is more than reasonable. Pleased with purchase.

Really useful addition to my wood work fun. Never knew how have a 90 degree edge to draw straight vertical lines is. I used set squares etc in past. Also other less than steady things. I know it sounds silly but this makes my errors on this part of my project reduced to zero. Very happy

I like this product a lot, it was pricey and cheaper ones may be as good but I had not used one before so went for a known brand. I have used it a lot and it is better than a marking gauge. Very easy to use and marking can be very clear by using a good pen! So glad I bought this product.

Very useful bit of kit , ideal for marking up different cuts, all the different little holes for pencil marking are excellent all told love this simple but we'll thought out marker tool

any tool with markings such as this can always speed up your work. There are more dedicated versions out there such as the Woodpecker and Milescraft products but this is a great all rounder at a great price. Haven't used overly yet but just having it to hand has helped a lot already. Not sure on durability yet but seems to be made of a very sturdy plastic.

Great little tool for the price. Easy to use and accurate, makes marking angles and straight lines easy. Ideal for the DIYer but how it would last in a tool bag with other tools that are used regularily, I'm not so sure as it is made of sturdy plastic and may be damaged easily. However time wil tell but I believe the quality of such a useful tool would be better if it was made od stainless steel or aluminum.

Suitable for narrow stock, is plastic but looks like alu/steel, the holes on the underside are much narrower than on top so impossible to use a standard pencil, unlike wolfcraft's carpenters squares. With those limitations a good value well made product

I've been using this for a few weeks now and find it very helpful. Great for measuring, drawing angles for mitres, etc. All the units and angles seem to be correct and, despite being plastic (which is reflected in the price) it seems reasonably sturdy. My only criticism that drops it down from 5 to 4 stars is that the holes on the measuring gauge are a little too large and so when using it to draw a line you have to be careful to keep the pencil / scriber in the same place or you get a wobbly line. Fine for general carpentry when you have a little bit of leeway for accuracy, but no good for any fine woodwork where a single millimeter out is a big problem.
